Jakarta – Keputusan Presiden (Keppres) Nomor 6 Tahun 2020 tentang Biaya Penyelenggaraan Ibadah Haji (BPIH) Tahun 1441H/2020M sudah terbit dan ditetapkan pada Kamis, 12 Maret 2020.
Keppres BPIH diterbitkan setelah Kementerian Agama (Kemenag) dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) RI menyepakati besaran biaya haji tahun ini pada 30 Januari 2020.
Keppres ini mengatur Biaya Perjalanan Ibadah Haji (Bipih) untuk jamaah haji reguler, Petugas Haji Daerah (PHD), dan Pembimbing Kelompok Bimbingan Ibadah Haji dan Umrah (KBIHU).
Setelah Keppres BPIH terbit, maka tahapan selanjutnya adalah pelunasan Bipih oleh jamaah haji.
“Pelunasan masih menunggu terbitnya Keputusan Menteri Agama. Rencananya, pelunasan tahap pertama akan dimulai pada 17 Maret 2020. Pelunasan Bipih ini dilakukan dengan mata uang rupiah,” ujar Direktur Pengelolaan Dana Haji, Maman Saepulloh di Jakarta, Jumat (13/03/2020).
Maman menjelaskan, Bipih disetorkan ke rekening atas nama Badan Pengelola Keuangan Haji (BPKH) pada Bank Penerima Setoran (BPS) Bipih, baik secara tunai atau non teller.
“Ditjen PHU sudah merilis daftar nama jamaah haji reguler yang berhak melunasi BPIH Reguler 1441H/2020M,” kata Maman.
Jamaah haji yang meninggal, lanjutnya, setelah ditetapkan berhak melakukan pelunasan, bisa dilimpahkan porsinya kepada keluarga sesuai ketentuan.
“Kementerian Agama terus melakukan persiapan penyelenggaraan ibadah haji, baik dalam maupun luar negeri, sesuai dengan jadwal dan tahapan yang telah direncanakan,” sebut Maman.
