Aksi teaterikal dalam aksi unjuk rasa APPM
Majene, mandarnews.com – Belasan perempuan yang mengatasnamakan Aliansi Pergerakan Perempuan Majene (APPM) yang terdiri dari mahasiswa Universitas Sulawesi Barat (Unsulbar) dan masyarakat sipil bersatu di Tugu Pahlawan Majene menolak secara langsung Rancangan Undang-Undang (RUU) Omnibus Law, Rabu (11/3/2020).
Para perempuan tersebut memanfaatkan momen International Women’s Day atau Hari Perempuan Internasional yang dirayakan di seluruh dunia setiap tanggal 8 Maret 2020 yang diakui keberadaannya oleh Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB) pada 1975 dan menjadi kesempatan bagi para perempuan berkumpul serta merayakan pencapaiannya, mulai dari aspek politik hingga sosial, dengan misi utama kesetaraan gender.
Menurut Teni Prayogo Putri, salah satu Koordinator Lapangan (Korlap) APPM, ada tiga pernyataan sikap yang disampaikan melalui aksi tersebut, yaitu menolak RUU Omnibus Law, menolak RUU Ketahanan Keluarga, dan mendesak pengesahan RUU Penghapusan Kekerasan Seksual (PKS).
“RUU Omnibus Law ditolak karena tidak pro terhadap rakyat, utamanya yang menyangkut guru. Perempuan ini terancam, seperti penghapusan cuti mens, cuti hamil, dan lain sebagainya,” ujar Teni.
Sedangkan dalam RUU Ketahanan Keluarga, lanjutnya, yang paling krusial adalah perempuan itu hanya akan digiring untuk kembali ke ranah domestik saja.
“Jadi, perempuan tidak punya hak dalam ruang publik, tidak leluasa dalam ruang publik,” kata Teni.
Ia menjelaskan, percepatan pengesahan RUU PKS didesak karena belum ada payung hukum yang benar-benar pro selama ini dalam berbagai kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan.
“RUU PKS adalah salah satu payung hukum yang nyata-nyata pro untuk melindungi perempuan yang mengalami kekerasan seks. Bukan hanya perempuan, tetapi juga anak. Yang paling utama seperti pengusutan kasus terhadap perempuan kemudian penanganan selanjutnya. Apa yang harus dilakukan setelah penanganan kasus, kan ada rehabilitasi. Itu yang penting dilakukan karena menyangkut psikologi kemudian fisiknya,” sebut Teni.
